Neighborhood:
The district of the Tuileries is entirely dominated by the Louvre, the animated history of which bequeathed us one of the biggest museums in the world. Gardens (Tuileries and Palais Royal) and places (Vendôme, Victoire and of Concorde) adjoin palaces to make this district an exceptional place to visit. It is also very much appreciated for its hotels and shops selling luxury goods.
Premises:
This 26m²(approx 280 sq. ft.) studio is located on the 7th (8th in the USA) floor of a 17th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate opens into a hall with a concierge. There is a second door with an intercom leading to the elevator.
The 18 m²(approx 195 sq. ft.) main room has parquet floor, a window and a skylight viewing a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a small double size (120cm) sofa bed, a desk and shelves. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a stereo.
The open kitchen has two electric plates, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a washing machine combo dryer. There also is a window.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is «Louvre Rivoli» (line 1).
