A studio close to the Arc de Triomphe

Neighborhood:
This furnished studio is located on Avenue Foch. It is near the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered as one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Paris and the world. It is just next to the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by bus).
Premises:
This 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) furnished studio is located on the fifth and top floor of a 19th century walk up building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system leads into a hall with a concierge and staircase.
The 11m² (approx 120 sq. ft.) main room has a parquet floor, a skylight with western exposure and a view on a courtyard. It has a double-size sofa bed and a small dining table.
The kitchen corner is equipped with 2 electric plates, a fridge, a microwave combo oven and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Kléber (line 6) and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1,2,6, RER A).
