This furnished apartment is located between Rue Servan and Rue Merlin in Paris. The accommodation is in a mostly residential area and has plenty of convenient facilities and services nearby. The building is just a few steps from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery and the trendy Oberkampf area with its numerous restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the third floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a second door with an intercom. Behind a door there is a little courtyard decorated with flowers. Upon entering the apartment, the living room is on the left and the bathroom is opposite; to access the bedroom and the kitchen it is necessary to pass by the lounge. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains that overlooks the street. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a wood dining table with four chairs, and some shelves. The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine topped by two induction plates, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a window with curtains that overlooks the street. It contains a double-size bed and a lot of built-in closets all along the wall. It is also equipped with a cable TV . The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a towel warmer and a toilette. Heat and hot water are electric and individual. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Pére Lachaise (line 2 or 3) or Voltaire (line 9).
