Studio apartment in Saint Germain des Près
Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located on Rue Vavin between Rue Notre Dame des Champs and Boulevard Raspail. It is ideally situated on a little street in Saint Germain des Près with many popular fashion shops, as well as antique shops, bookshops, cinemas, excellent restaurants and cafes, nice open-air markets and supermarkets. The Luxembourg gardens in one direction and Montparnasse in the other are within easy walking distance.

Premises:
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the ground floor (1st floor in the USA) of a 1910 building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall with a concierge office. The entrance is at the end of the hall on your left.

The apartment opens into a corridor with the bathroom on your left. The main room with its open kitchen is straight ahead.

The main studio has a 3m (9,85 ft.) high ceiling and parquet floor. The window is double glazed, overlooks the courtyard and has curtains, as well as shutters. It is furnished with a double size ceiling Murphy bed, a coffee table, a sofa, a pouf, a chest and a counter with two stools. It is also equipped with two closets and shelves with a cable TV with international channels and a DVD player.

The open kitchen is equipped with two vitroceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a washer combo dryer and a microwave combo oven. It is also equipped with a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

There are two built in closets in the entrance.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are collective.

Internet access is available.
