QUIET, CLEAN AND BRIGHT
|
Located on a small quiet street between Rue Guy Moquet and Rue de la Jonquiere.
This comfortable 35m2 one bedroom walk-up is located on the 4th floor of a recently renovated building constructed in the late 19th century, It has a security system and a concierge.
The apartment is quiet, clean and bright. It has white walls and wooden floors. It is furnished in a contemporary style. It is divided as follows:
The entrance opens into a 14 m2 living room, decorated with charming photos, a comfortable 120cm wide sofa bed, a coffee table, a lava stone dining table with steel legs and two wooden chairs, as well as a TV. A window with orange drapes and white net curtains faces the street.
The kitchen is separate and has a window. It is equipped with 2 gas burners, a multifunction oven, a small fridge, a wood work top with a stainless steel sink, a washing machine and a dryer (combo). Basic utensils are in the cupboards and on the shelves.
The brightly lit bedroom is accessed from the living room. Furnished with a double bed, a wooden bedside table and a nice blue lamp, a telephone and a small table with a chair, it also has a window with blue curtains and white net curtains and faces the street.
The recently renovated bathroom contains a tiled shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, and a washbasin. The toilet is separate.
A high speed internet connection is also available in the apartment.
Mostly residential this calm street is part of a cosmopolitan area close to the busy Place de Clichy and its famous seafood restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, diverse sorts of shops, and an organic open air market that's open every Saturday morning. Not far from the very large and unique Saint Ouen flea market which is open every weekend from Friday to Monday. The Champs Elysees , the Seine River, and the Opera Garnier are 5 metro stops away.
The closest metro station is Brochant (line 13).
