Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located on a small street that features a few shops and restaurants in the privileged Madeleine district, a few steps from the Opera Garnier and from luxurious Place Vendome, where some of the most renowned jewelers in the world have set up shop. Other important points of interest close by include the Louvre Museum, the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, and the beautiful Champs Elysées avenue. The entire neighborhood features fashionable shops, gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés, and a variety of services and conveniences. Premises: This pleasant and fashionably furnished apartment measures 140m2 (approx. 1507 sq. feet) and has eastern, western and southern exposure with views on the street and the courtyard. It has a nice parquet floor and a beautiful Empire motif with molded white doors. It is furnished with mostly teakwood furniture. Situated on the third French floor of an elegant 19th century building that is equipped with a security system, a concierge, and an elevator. The entrance opens onto a windowed hallway that contains the shorter side of a green L-shaped marble-topped kitchen counter with country-style high wooden chairs and high stools.
