Bed & Breakfast in Plascassier, near Grasse - Ideal for Golf Lovers

Set in a peaceful countryside, this villa with private garden offers three guest rooms. From the house, the views sweep from the Mediterranean sea to the foothills of the Alps. The house has been decorated with Antiques and glimpses of the owners' time abroad. All the bedrooms can accommodate one person or a couple, have a private bathroom, and an independent access. Breakfasts are served either in the dining room or on the terrace, under the pergola. You may enjoy homemade products that can also be purchased so that the flavor of your visit can be savored back home. - The Mimosa Room has a south exposed French window opening onto a little terrace, a west exposed window and parquet floor. This room has a double-size bed, a massage chair, a mini-refrigerator and a mirrored built-in closet. The private bathroom has a double washbasin, a bathtub and water closet. - The Jasmine Room is at the rear of the house, on the western part of the villa and has a double size bed as well as a piano. There is a mini-refrigerator, a large built-in closet and two windows. In this bedroom is a little mezzanine where is an extra double size futon. The en-suite bathroom has a stall shower, a sink with mirror and water closet. - The Lavender Room is downstairs, on the ground level. It also has south exposure and a window looking onto the garden. There is a double size bed, a built-in closet, and a desk with a chair. The bathroom has a bathtub / shower, a sink and toilet. Parking spaces are available in the property. Plascassier is a nice little village, located near the town of Grasse, and not far away from Sophia Antipolis. If you are on a business trip and need to be in between Sophia, Grasse and Antibes, the location is ideal. Nice also is only 30 minutes drive. Golfers would also love the area: beautiful courses are almost located within walking distance. Out of the 20 golf courses located in the area, 7 are in the very near neighborhood, at less than 15 minutes drive: Saint-Donat (18 holes - 5 minutes); Grande Bastide (18 holes - 5 minutes); Opio-Valbonne (18 holes - 8 minutes); Cannes-Mougins (18 holes - 10 minutes); Royal Mougins (18 holes - 10 minutes); Grasse Country Club (18 holes - 15 minutes); Cannes Mandelieu (27 holes - 15 minutes). So have a good game! Owners are golf lovers. The A8 highway is only 15 minutes away and Nice International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. The beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Juan les Pins are situated at about 20-30 minutes distance.
