South France Apartment Studio in Aix en Provence, Provence (PR-152)

Located in 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence city centre, this recently refurbished studio can accommodate 2 people.

The entrance hall gives access to the open kitchen and the toilet.

The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two electric burners a microwave oven and a small electric oven. It is furnished with built in closets.

The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, a dining table, a coffee table, four chairs and bookcases. There is a large window opening onto the courtyard with a beautiful view onto the "Montagne Saint Victoire".

The bathroom has a small tub (shower) and a washbasin.

There is a separate WC

This studio is ideal for students. There is a parking space available. There is large garden in the Résidence.
Most commodities are at a few minutes (Large Commercial Center ). You can get to Aix- en- Provence city Center by car (10 minutes) or by direct bus. Direct Access to the Motorway in all directions.

There is a swimming pool and Tennis courts next to the Residence (access has to be paid).

This studio is located few steps away from the 'Archives d'Outre Mer' and at a few minutes from Aix en Provence town centre, in the west quarters of the city, in the direction of "Les Milles".You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road.

Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).

Access :

40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
