Quiet Studio - Aix en Provence
|
Located 5 minutes walk from Aix-en-Provence city center (La Torse quarter), this comfortable studio can accommodate 2 people. This studio is separated from the owners Villa.
The living room is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, a dining table, a small desk and a large built-in closet. There is a large window opening onto the garden.
The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator and two electric burners
The bathroom has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Next to the studio is a small terrace with garden furniture and the garden.
A Parking space is available (extra charge for more than a month rentals).
This studio is ideal to discover Aix-en-Provence : Peaceful area, a few blocks from the city. Most commodities are at a few minutes.
Neighborhood:
This studio is located at a few minutes from Aix en Provence town centre, in the east of the city.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
