Peaceful 3 Bedroom house with study in the country side of Aix en Provence, near Puyricard.
Located 5 km from Aix en Provence city center , this property can accommodate 4/5 people. It is a two floors villa with garden and garage.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :

You enter the house via a small covered veranda (surrounded by windows). The dining room is furnished with is a rectangle dining table seating 6 and a cupboard.
Next is the separate fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas and electric burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a washing machine. There is a coffee maker and a toaster.
The lounge is composed of a double convertible sofabed, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a stereo and a TV with VCR and DVD player.
There is a fireplace and a large French doors with direct access to one of the terraces and the garden.
There is a separate WC.
First Floor :

Three bedrooms are available on the first French Floor.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a stereo and has a window facing the garden.
The second bedroom is furnished two single beds. There is a window opening onto the garden.
The third bedroom (office room) is furnished with a desk, a single bed and a sofa. You have access to this room via the bedroom. This room has additional phone with internet access.
These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/ shower and a washbasin.
Garden :

The garden is planted with trees and lawn. You will enjoy 2 terraces, on to the front of the house, the other to the opposite. A stone barbecue is available. There is a small goldfish pond by the front terrace.
A carport (parking space) is available.
Neighborhood :
This villa is located in a quiet area of Aix en Provence, near Puyricard, about 5km South from the Centre of Aix. Main shops are available in Puyricard. You will find a great club with swimming pool and tennis playgrounds, 10 minutes walk from the property.
The closest bus stop to Aix en Provence City center is 50m walk from the house.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
25 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
