In the 3rd Marseilles district (Belle de Mai), this one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd walk up French floor of a three stories building with security system. It can accommodate 2 people (3 people for less than a month rentals).
Entering the apartment, you will find the open kitchen, bathroom and the lounge straight ahead and the bedroom to your left .
The lounge is furnished with an armchair, a double convertible sofa bed and a round dining table. There is a decorative fireplace and a windows facing south and overlooking a private garden.
The open kitchen opens onto the living room thanks to a counter with high chairs. It is equipped with four gas burners and a stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine. It has most necessary cooking utensils.
This room has a French window opening onto a small balcony facing south and overlooking a small private garden.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, equipped with a washbasin a shower and a toilet.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside table, a small desk and a large built-in closet. There is a window opening onto the living room.
Neighborhood :
Located , in a quiet cul de sac street in the Belle de Mai quarter, this apartment has an easy access to main shops in the vicinity and to Marseilles town center by bus. Easy connection to Marseille Saint Charles train station
It also has a direct access from and to the motorways.
Access to Marseilles :
Marseilles Provence International Airport (30 mn front the center)
Train : Gare Saint Charles with the high speed TGV giving access to and from Paris in 3hours ½ but also Nice, Cannes and the Alps is about 3 hours.
Highways from and two all directions (East to the French Riviera, North East to the southern Alps, West to the Cote Blue and Spain, North to Lyon and Paris.
Marseilles is a large Mediterranean city. It is famous for its 'Vieux Port', 'La Canebière', Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral.
