Spacious and original one bedroom loft in the heart of Aix en Provence
|
This large one bedroom apartment (about 65sqm) with private entrance from the street is located on the first French floor, rue des Muletiers, between cours Sextius and Place des Cardeurs. It can accommodate 2 adults.
The layout is as follows :

You enter this tastefully decorated apartment through a private entrance, via a hall with a spiral staircase giving access to the apartment.
Entering the apartment you will find an office space and a bedroom to your left, and the kitchen and living room straight ahead.
The living room is furnished with two double cane sofas, a coffee table and a bookshelf. It is equipped with a TV and a VCR with many tapes but also a good quality stereo. There are two windows opening onto the quiet street.
Next to the living room a sleeping area with a double mattress, a small window and bookcases.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 gas burners, a small electric oven, a refrigerator and separated freezer, a mixer, a steam cooker, a toaster and coffee make.
It has most necessary cooking utensils. Next to the open kitchen is the dining area with a rectangle table with benches seating six and a fireplace.
Back to the entrance is a large office space with a desk and a large built-in closet.
The bedroom, which is separated from the other space with a curtain and a wooden Venetian blind, is furnished with a double bed (120cm only).
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a stall shower. There is a washing machine.

You will appreciate the central location of this apartment and enjoy the peaceful life of the lovely city of Aix en Provence. All kinds of shops and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (25mn drive).
