Peaceful one bedroom apartment in seafront residence - Saint Cyr Sur Mer

Comfortable one bedroom located by the beach, in Saint Cyr-Sur Mer-Var.
This apartment is on the 1st French floor of a small building in a private residence with security access.
South exposure, overlooking the garden, 100 metres from the beach, this 40m2 apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. There is a private parking space
You enter the apartment through an entrance room with two single bunk-beds.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa, a dining table, a cupboard, a TV, a VCR and a small bookshelf. There is large window facing south and giving access to a terrace overlooking the garden, equipped with garden furniture (dining table and matching chairs).
The open kitchen has a sink, 2 electric burners, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
A spiral wooden staircase gives access to a mezzanine bedroom equipped with a double bed, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers.
The small bathroom has a shower and a washbasin and a toilet.
There is a separated Toilet.
There is a private parking space in the residence with automated security access.
The beach is just a stone throw, you won't need to use your car which is a great plus.
Saint Cyr - les Lecques, a quiet seaside village in a sweeping bay, which has tennis courts, horse-riding, Aqualand adventure park and an 18 hole golf course.
The sunny beach which was comparared by Lamartine to the Bay of Naple, with two kilometers of fine sand is surrounded by wooded hillsides : The Golfe d'Amour.
The deep Mediterranean creeks are within easy reach if you follow the paths which are winding between the forest and the sea.
In the heart of the village which has kept its provencal tradition and way of life in the shade of over 100 years old, you can admire the magnificent Statue of Liberty, made by the sculptor Bartholi. (Exact replica of the famous one from New York City but at a smaller scale).
The hinterland is delightful with its picturesque villages perched high on hillsides.
Nearby, the famous vineyards of Bandol and some Provencal olive groves.

Saint Cyr Les Lecques is located between Marseilles (30km) and Toulon (20km) close to the seaside towns of Sanary and Bandol.
The nearest motorway is the A50 (5mn away).To Marseille, Aix en Provence, Toulon and Nice.
International airports are at Marseilles, (international flights worldwide,transatlantic flights), Nice, (international airport),Toulon
