The main room is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, 2 easy chairs, a chest of drawers and a table seating 2. It is equipped with a small stereo. A sliding bay window gives access to a terrace.
In the kitchen, you will find a sink, 2 electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Outside:
The residence is surrounded by a large and beautiful park planted with lawn and decorated with flowers, trees and fountains.
There is a private parking space (underground).
Tenants can enjoy a gorgeous shared swimming pool and a tennis court.
Neighbourhood:
The studio is located just 10 minutes walk from the famous "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach. Most shops are available with short distance on Avenue de la Californie & Rue de France.
Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges, is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
Access:
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), has been built on land reclaimed on the sea, and offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
