Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with mezzanine located in the centre of Aix en Provence

This 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment faces southeast and can accommodate 4 people maximum.
The layout is as follows:
When you enter the apartment, you need to go up a stair to reach the living area.
On your left, there are the bathroom and the toilet.
On your right, there are the first bedroom and the rest of the apartment.
The living room is furnished with a bed used as a sofa, 2 armchairs, a working fireplace and a desk. There is a dining table seating 4.
It is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a stereo and a telephone.
Two sliding bay windows give access to a terrace overlooking the roofs. There is a table seating 4.
The open kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils and has a sink, a refrigerator/freezer, 4 gas burners and a gas stove, a washer and a coffee maker.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bookcase, a desk and a built-in closet. A French window opens onto a balcony.
In the second bedroom, you will find a single bed, a desk and a clothes hanger.
On the mezzanine, there is a single mattress on the floor
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a tub.
There is a separate toilet.

You will appreciate the central location of this apartment (short walking distance from the famous "Hôtel de Ville" & "Cours Mirabeau') and enjoy the peaceful life of the lovely city of Aix en Provence. All kinds of shops and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage.
The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. The surrounding country offers a beautiful and well-preserved countryside. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne).
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Access:
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (25mn drive).
