This spacious apartment of 110 sqm is located on the ground level of a recent building in a private domain (luxury residence) with swimming pool, private parking space and security access.
Situated in the "La Torse", route du Tholonet district of Aix en Provence (eastern part of the town), this accommodation is in a very residential neighbourhood. You access the property through a private lane and automated gate. There is a parking space just in front of the entrance of the building.
You enter the apartment through a small entrance hall with built in closet.
The spacious and bright living room has two double size sofas and armchairs. There is a decorative fireplace. There is also a TV and a Hifi Stereo.
Two large bay windows give access to the terrace with garden furniture.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with 2 induction plates, 2 gas burners, a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a washing machine.
Next to the kitchen and the lounge is the dining area with a round dining table.
From there you also have direct access to a small terrace and to the garden.
The first bedroom (master) is furnished with a queen size bed with bedside tables and a large closet. A sliding door gives access to the terrace.
There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a cupboard. There is door opening onto a small terrace and the courtyard of the residence (north exposure).
The third bedroom faces south and is furnished with a 1.2m bed. and a large wardrobe.
There is window opening onto the garden.
In the corridor you will find a large built in closet.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin and a tub. (there is a window).
There is a separate toilet.
A washing machine is also available.
Outside :
You will enjoy the spacious terrace with a large dining table and the private enclosed garden.
The residence is equipped with a large shared swimming pool with security access.
The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the peaceful countryside of Aix, still being 15 minutes walk from the centre. If you do not want to walk, there is a bus line down the street (5 minutes walk away) that gets you to the centre in 5 minutes.
From the residence you have a direct access to the motor way and all main roads.
Aix en Provence has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. The surrounding country offers a beautiful and well-preserved countryside. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region. Many festivals take place in the city throughout the year. It is located near the Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Milles station). It is only 20 minutes from the city of Marseille, 40 minutes from Toulon and the Cote d'Azur, and 60 minutes from Avignon.
