This spacious duplex studio is joint to a villa in the village of Eguilles near Aix en Provence.
The apartment has a private entrance, terrace and small garden area.
It can accommodate 2 people.
The layout is as follows :
Entering the apartment you will find a spacious living area.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a large bookshelf.
There is a French door opening onto a private terrace and small garden space.
Up a metalic staircase is a large mezzanine sleeping space with a double bed, a closet and a chest of drawers.
The open kitchen is equipped with 4 vitro-ceramic plates, a small electric oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. It has most necessary cooking utensils. There is a window.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
There is Air Conditioning and a washing machine.
A computer with DSL Internet access is available.
For weekly rentals you will have access to the swimming pool (accessible while owners are away during the day).
Neighborhood :
This apartement is located a few minutes walk for the village of Eguilles and a few minutes drive from Aix en Provence.
You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road. It is advisable to have a car if you decide to stay in this accommodation.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (Luberon, Alpilles, French Riviera including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
