The house is located les Granettes, 5 minutes drive from Aix en Provence, in a private enclosed property.
The owner of this villa lives on the same estate, on the ground floor of the house.
There are two students bedrooms with shared bathroom (for the students only) on the first French floor of the house.
There is parking space for several cars. As a matter of fact, the inhabitants of the house will either be able to travel by bus or will need a car to get to the city.
On the ground floor of the house is a shared eat-in kitchen that all the roommates can use. They can have dinner all together when they wish to.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
An additional refrigerator/Freezer is for the exclusive use of the tenants (owner has his own).
On the first floor, up some wooden stairs, you will find the bathroom (double washbasin, shower and toilet). It is for the exclusive use of the tenants (2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom and toilet), as the owner has his private space on a lower floor.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built in closet, a large desk with a chair and a table lamp. There is a skylight window.
You will have access to the garden and terrace.
It is possible to get to Aix Centre by car in 5-10 mn. It is also possible to use the Proxibus Bus service or also walk a few minutes and catch Bus # 3, or walk 2 mn from the main road and catch bus line (La Fare Les Oliviers - Aix en Provence). By bus you will need 15-20mn to get to Aix Centre.
This western countryside of Aix en Provence is a very residential and well-preserved area that hosts many beautiful "Bastides"(typical country houses dating from the 18th Century). Aix en Provence itself has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region.
The property is only 10-15 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles Highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice Highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 30 minutes drive away.
