This tastefully decorated apartment is located on the second French floor (with elevator) of a small residence with automated gate access and private parking.
The recently built Residence is made of ecological materials (environment aware).
The spacious living space is furnished with a round dining table, large bookshelves, a double bed and a double convertible sofa.
There are 2 French windows opening onto a lovely terrace with hard wood floor.
The open kitchen is equipped with 4 vitro-ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
The kitchen space is separated from the living area by an eating counter.
Some garden furniture is available on the terrace with lovely plants (automated watering).
The terrace overlooks the private garden of the Residence.
A Wifi DSL internet access is available.
Private parking space.
Neighbourhood :
The apartment is located in a very residential area called Le Pigonnet, in the southern part of the town. All commodities are nearby: from groceries to bakeries, you are also 5 minutes walk from the post office and 10 minutes walk from the central station (which is not the TGV station though).
You are less than 10 mn walk from the famous Cours Mirabeau.
2 bus lines are nearby.
Aix en Provence has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region.
The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles Highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice Highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 30 minutes drive away.
