Beautiful studio with mezzanine in Nice centre - French Riviera
|
This charming studio can accommodate up to 2 people and is located in the city centre. It is ideal for a young person (or couple) or students who could share.
The open kitchen is part of the living room. There is a fake fireplace, a counter with two bar stools and a cupboard.
The kitchen is equipped with two electric hotplates, a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave and coffeemaker.
In the bathroom there is a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Then a staircase leads to the sleeping area on the mezzanine where there are two single mattresses on the floor. There is a sky-light.
The ceilings are not very high but this sleeping space is spacious.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
