The apartment is located on garden level of very well maintained building in one of the best areas of Aix en Provence. Just a stone through from Rue d'Italie and 2 min walk from famous Cours Mirabeau. It is tastefully decorated and can accommodate 2 people. You enter the apartment via a lovely private terrace and garden. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable bed, an armchair, a coffee table. There are also a dining table. It is equipped with a TV (French Channels). A large sliding bay window give access to the spacious terrace and small garden space. The open kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils and has a sink, a microwave, two vitro-ceramic hotplates, a small electric oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker. An elegant staircase gives access to the bedroom where you will find a queen-size bed with bed side tables and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a tub with shower device, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a washing machine. Outside : You will enjoy the large private terrace with garden furniture and small landscaped garden. A parking space is available in a very close parking lot (2 min walk away). Neighborhood : This apartment is wonderfully located in the heart of Aix en Provence Historic Center, in an incredibly peaceful street.(the apartment actually opens onto the garden side and no onto the street. Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. The surrounding country offers a beautiful and well-preserved countryside. It is famous for its landscapes (Cezanne). Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Access : 40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (25mn drive).
