The furnished accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (considered 3rd in U.S.) of a 4-story 20th century walk-up building with intercom security system. A private terrace and balcony (overlooking a romantic tree-lined French street) are included.
Large windows and doors scatter the home, allowing midday sun to illuminate each space. Upon tiled floors, accessories include a personal laundry washing machine, flat-screen television with DVD player and plenty of seating space. Extra bedding is available in the form of a double size sofa bed. Antique-inspired dark wooden cabinets and dressers offer item storage space.
A fully equipped kitchen supplies most essential cooking appliances, long countertops, and great lighting. A door located here opens to the balcony, which is furnished with a small dining table for romantic meals al fresco.
The bedroom (bedroom 1) provides a double bed and access to the balcony.
