Cavaillon, near Avignon, onebedroom house with access to swimming pool and garden

This peaceful, entirely refurbished Mas is located just by the Luberon, in the countryside of Cavaillon, region of Avignon.
Next to the main house is a separate house which can accommodate 4 people.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor
The open kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners and oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a washing machine. There is a dining table.
The kitchen opens onto the living room.
In the living room you will find a double convertible sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a coffee table, a desk and two armchairs. It is equipped with a TV (French Channels) and a VCR.
There is a separate WC.
There are two French windows opening onto the terrace (with a pergola) and the garden .
First French floor
Up the staircase you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a built-in closet.
There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, and a tub.
OUTSIDE :
The Mas is surrounded by a large park planted with lawn and trees. There is also a nice swimming pool located in a very private area of the garden.
Some garden furniture is available.
Neighborhood :
Cavaillon is very close to Avignon and the Luberon region. It is ideally located the beautiful sites of Provence.
- Avignon, and its monuments (Pont St Bénézet, Palais des Papes...), the Theater
Festival de Théâtre in july, and many museums.
- The Luberon is at 30 mn drive, with its famous villages on the hills (Gordes, Oppède le vieux, Lacoste...), Roussillon...
- Les Alpilles also at 30 mn drive , St Rémy de Provence, Mouriès, Maussane, les Baux de Provence...
- L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue famous for the Antiques village.
- La Route des Vins, "the wine road" (Gigondas and "les Dentelles de Montmirail", Séguret,Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape...)
- La Camargue is an hour drive from Avignon (Camargue National Park, beaches, Stes Maries de la Mer.)
Access :
55 km from Marseilles, 250 km from Lyon.
You can get to Cavaillon by road (motorways) or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles airport.
