Two bedroom Apartment in the heart of Aix - Two minutes walk from the historic Cours Mirabeau
|
This two bedroom / one bathroom apartment of approximately 65 sqm is located on the 1st French floor (2nd level) of a walk-up prewar building dating from the 17th Century. Situated in the center of Aix en Provence, Rue Roux Alpéran, this apartment is just a few blocks from the Cours Mirabeau, now listed historic monument. All the shops, restaurants, groceries, cafés, schools and colleges are nearby.
You enter the apartment through an entrance, which has built-in closets.
The living room has a round dining table seating 3, an antique dresser, and beautiful decorative paintings all over the walls. There is a stereo and a window that provides light in the room.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and has a dresser.
The second bedroom has a single bed, a lounge table, a TV and a decorative fireplace.
One bedroom faces south (street) the other one has north exposure and looks onto a backyard.
The bathroom has a stall shower, and sink with mirror. Water closet is separated.
The open kitchen has a counter that separates it from the living area and is equipped with electric burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a taster, and a washing machine/dryer combo.
If you have a car, there is a paying parking lot (Parking Gambetta) a few blocks from the property.
The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the cosmopolitan air of Aix en Provence and experience what is like to live independently as a true native. Everything is within reach.
We will not introduce you Aix en Provence that is already famous for its art and history. Aix en Provence has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. The surrounding country offers a beautiful and well-preserved countryside. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region. Many festivals take place in the city throughout the year. It is located near the Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Milles station). It is only 20 minutes from the city of Marseille, 40 minutes from Toulon and the Cote d'Azur, and 60 minutes from Avignon.
