Studio in the Mont Boron District of Nice

This studio of about 25 sqm is located in a very residential area near the Moyenne Corniche. The apartment is in a postwar walk-up building equipped with an intercom system. This accommodation is available for weekly rentals during summer and monthly rentals throughout the year. It can accommodate 2 people.
You enter the apartment through a hallway. The living area is about 20 sqm and has a window facing north-east. It is furnished with a double size loft bed, a dresser, a dining table seating 4, and two armchairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 electric burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator / freezer, a mixer, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom has a stall shower, a sink with mirror and water closet. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment is located near the "Moyenne Corniche" that leads from Nice towards Villefranche Sur Mer and Monaco (and vice-versa). Parking spaces are available if needed.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot : the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
