|
This apartment is situated near the Avenue Jules Isaac, 500 meters from the centre-ville.
The accommodation of approximately 22 sqm is contiguous to the owner's house and located in a private enclosed property. The owner of the apartment lives there.
You enter the apartment through a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small dining table seating 2, as well as a gas cooker with 2 electric burners, a refrigerator / freezer, a microwave, a mini-grill oven, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The living room is furnished with a trundle bed (that can accommodate one or two people), a dining table seating 2, and a built-in closet. There is a TV.
The bathroom is off the kitchen: it has a stall shower, a sink with mirror, water closet and a small window.
Situated on the garden level, the apartment has a private terrace, with a dining table and a deckchair. You can also enjoy a garden.
There are 2 bus lines (1&2) running on the Avenue Jules Isaac. The bus can get you to the city in only 5 minutes (10 minutes for the Cours Mirabeau & the Rotonde).
Aix en Provence itself has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region.
The property is only 10-15 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles Highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice Highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 30 minutes drive away.
