This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with Air Conditioning is located a very short drive from the historical center of Aix en Provence. You can even walk to the famous Rotonde in 15-20 minutes. This accommodation of approximately 130 sqm can accommodate 4 to 6 people. If needed, there is also a basement apartment that would accommodate 3 extra people. The house is available for weekly or monthly rentals during summertime.
You access the property through a wooden gate equipped automatic opening and intercom system. There is a parking space at the entrance of the property.
The villa has an enchanting and perfectly maintened private garden, that has due south exposure.
On the garden level is a large living room, divided into two different lounges, one around the fireplace, the other near the large French windows that opens onto the garden. There is Air Conditioning in the living room.
The separate eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped and also opens to the garden. It has gas and electric burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator / freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a little marble table and a dining table seating 4-6. Outside, under the pergola is another dining table, ideal for dinner alfresco.
There is a guest toilet on this floor as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.
From the sitting room, a staircase leads to the bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double size bed and two others that can be furnished either with one single bed or two twin beds. All those bedrooms have built-in closets and windows.
There is Air Conditioning in the corridor to refresh these three bedrooms.
The property is located in a very residential area called Le Pigonnet, in the southern part of the town. All commodities are nearby: from groceries to bakeries, you are also 5 minutes walk from the post office and 10 minutes walk from the central station (which is not the TGV station though).
Aix en Provence has a wealthy historical and artistic heritage. The historic center hosts many private mansions and monuments. Aix also has the most important courthouse in the region.
The apartment is only 10 minutes drive from the main road connections: the A51 (Gap-Marseilles Highway) or the A8 (Aix-Nice Highway). The Marseille-Provence International Airport and the TGV Mediterranean train station (Aix-Les-Miles station) are only 30 minutes drive away.
