Three bedroom Apartment on the Garden Level of a private villa - Domain of Gigaro

This 3-bedroom apartment is located in a very residential part of La Croix-Valmer, known as Gigaro. This accommodation of approximately 80 sqm comfortably accommodates 6 people. In the same villa, another apartment (on the second level) is also available for rent (see on our website apartment reference PR-398). Of course those two apartments can be rented together. The villa has a beautiful wild garden with amazing trees, and plants such as eucalyptus, pines, palm trees, oleanders, and a huge and fragrant bougainvillea running on the facade. The beach is 5 minutes walk distant. The living room as well as two of the bedrooms opens to a covered terrace, thanks to large French windows. In front of the living room, is an outside dining area with a dining table seating 8. The living room also has a west exposed window, a single bed that can be used as a sofa and a round dining table seating 6. The separate kitchen has a west exposed French window leading to the garden and is fully equipped: stove, gas burners, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator / freezer. There is also a washing machine. The master bedroom is on the eastern part of the apartment and has a south facing French window. It is furnished with a double size bed and a desk with a chair. There is a washbasin and a mirror in the bedroom. In the hallway serving all the bedrooms is a little stall shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and also has a washbasin with mirror. The third bedroom is also on the eastern part of the apartment (with an east facing window) and is furnished with two twin beds. On the eastern part of the house is a ping-pong table that every all the occupants of the house may use. Bed and bath linens are provided. There is parking space for two cars in the garden. Also an exterior shower is available (ideal when you come back from the beach). La Croix Valmer is a small Provencal village overlooking the Mediterranean. You can either enjoy the rocky and tree-filled coastal footpaths or just "farniente", that is to say doing nothing on the sandy beaches, which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. In the village during summertime, do not miss the two famous festivals of the "Harmonies" and the "Nocturnes Croisiennes". The local Provencal market of La Croix Valmer is every Sunday mornings, Place des Palmiers. Not far away either, the Coastal Preservation Society at the Cap Lardier hosts an amazing variety of flowers and birds. Or diving fans may discover the seabeds around Gigaro, rich in sub sea flora and fauna. If you are tired of sunbathing on the sandy beaches, discreet little creeks sheltered from the wind are among the coast, toward Cavalaire and Le Rayol-Canadel. There are several ways of arriving at La Croix Valmer. You can either arrive from the Maures Hills (A 8 exit Le Cannet des Maures through la Garde-Freinet and Cogolin) or arrive from Toulon, the headset of the department, through the coastal road. The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" is approximately 30-35 minutes drive away, and has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
