Semi-attached 3 bedroom Villa with shared pool - Countryside of Aix en Provence

Quiet 3 bedroom semi detached villa in the countryside of Aix en Provence.(Shared pool).
The villa is located on the aisle of a large villa. It can accommodate 5/6 people for vacation rentals. (5 people maximum for monthly rentals)
The layout is as follows :
Entering the house you will find the living room furnished with two double sofas, an armchair and a coffer table. There is a square dining table.
Next is the separated kitchen equipped with 3 burners and 1 electric plate, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker and a washing machine. It has most necessary cooking utensils.
The first bedroom (left from the living room) is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, a built-in closet and a TV.
You have access to the third bedroom via a mezzanine overlooking the living room.
This bedroom is furnished with a double size bed.
These rooms share a large bathroom equipped with a double washbasin and a tub.
There is a separate WC.
A Private parking space is available. The property is surround by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate and the swimming pool are shared with the owners leaving in the main house.
Neighborhood :
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
