Two bedroom sea front village house in St Cyr les Lecques
|
Comfortable Sea Front Duplex Village house in Saint Cyr - les Lecques between la Ciotat & Bandol.
Located right onto the beach, this simple duplex village house is ideally located.
You have access to the house on the beach side, via a partly shaded terrace facing the Mediterranean.
The spacious living room is furnished with a convertible sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a chest of drawer. There is a working fireplace.
The separate kitchen is equipped with gas stove and burner, a refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker. There is a round dining table and closet.
The staircase gives access to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and an armchair. There is large French door opening onto a great terrace facing the sea !
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers. There is a window opening onto the street.
These rooms share a bathroom with a small tub & shower, a washbasin, a French bidet and toilet. There is a washing machine.
The house is nearby all commodities : Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby.
The area is very lively.
It is ideally located for children as the house is right onto the beach.
Saint Cyr - les Lecques, a quiet seaside village in a sweeping bay, which has tennis courts, horse-riding, Aqualand adventure park and an 18 hole golf course.
The sunny beach which was comparared by Lamartine to the Bay of Naple, with two kilometers of fine sand is surrounded by wooded hillsides : The Golfe d'Amour.
The deep Mediterranean creeks are within easy reach if you follow the paths which are winding between the forest and the sea.
In the heart of the village which has kept its provencal tradition and way of life in the shade of over 100 years old, you can admire the magnificent Statue of Liberty, made by the sculptor Bartholi. (Exact replica of the famous one from New York City but at a smaller scale).
The hinterland is delightful with its picturesque villages perched high on hillsides.
Nearby, the famous vineyards of Bandol and some Provencal olive groves.

Saint Cyr Les Lecques is located between Marseilles (30km) and Toulon (20km) close to the seaside towns of Sanary and Bandol.
The nearest motorway is the A50 (5mn away).To Marseille, Aix en Provence, Toulon and Nice.
International airports are at Marseilles, (international flights worldwide,transatlantic flights), Nice, (international airport),Toulon
Railway:Bandol, Marseilles, Aix-en Provence, have railway stations with nearby car rental.
