4 Bedroom - 3 bath Villa with Pool Facing Mount VENTOUX near Carpentras - Mollans/ Ouvèze - Southe

This villa is located in a residential park, facing the Mount Ventoux near the village of Mollans/Ouvèze close to Carpentras, Entrechaux and Vaison La Romaine.
You enter the property through the back where you can park various cars.
The villa of approximately 140 sqm can accommodate 8 people and distributes a large living room, an open kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Ground floor :
From the large terrace, facing south and the pool, you have access to a first bedroom through a large French Door. It is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and a large built-in closet.
There is an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
(Another private suite on this floor will remain closed as it is to owners use exclusively).
First French floor :
The external stairs lead to the second French Floor via a large terrace.(south exposed)
The large living room is furnished with a double sofa, a lounge table and comfortable cane sofas and armchairs. There is a TV a DVD player and a stereo. There is a large bookshelf and a fireplace.
A large French door leads to the front covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and dining table for al fresco dinner. A BBQ is available.
Next to the living room is the dining area, furnished with a round dining table seating 6, and a cupboard.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 2 electric burners and 2 gas burners, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and deep freezer. There is a small store-room with an extra refrigerator/freezer at the back to the kitchen.
Off the kitchen, in the corridor is a small laundry room with a washing machine.
The first bedroom on this floor is furnished a double bed with bedside tables, a large built in closet, and a chest of drawers. There is an en-suite Bathroom with a stall shower,
It has a French window that faces east.
The second and third bedroom each have a double bed, bed side tables, a built-in closet and a window facing south, opening onto the garden.
These rooms share a bathroom with a tub, a washbasin, an a French bidet.
There is a separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside : You will enjoy the large paved terraces in front of the house.(Gd and 1st floor) The swimming pool is 6mx12m and benefits from a private environment.
This family property is ideal for nature lovers throughout the year.
Mollans sur Ouvèze is a picturesque village located 32 kilometers north east from Carpentras close to the Ventoux Mountain.
In the summer, a private club in the residential park offers activities for youngsters : Tennis, swimming etc...
You will find main shops (supermarket, bar, small restaurants in Mollans sur Ouveze)
Location :
56 kilometers north east from Avignon, 40 km north east of Orange, 13 km east of Vaison la Romaine. It is on the edge of Vaucluse and Drome districts.
The Ventoux Mountain culminates at an altitude of 1,912 meters and is usually covered by a thick coat of snow in winter. It has been classified as "Biosphere reserve" by the UNESCO. Its majestic windswept peak sails through the clouds, like a gigantic ship of stone. On the spurs of this mountain are the picturesque medieval villages and castles of Caromb, and Barroux, well worth a visit. To the South- the Ventoux slopes gently down to the village of Sault before climbing again to the plateau of Albion. The area is particularly famous for its exceptional variety of rambling circuits, which will lead nature lovers along wonderful paths. But the dominant feature of the local landscape is also its vineyards. As a matter of fact, the "Coteaux du Ventoux" is a famous wine producing area. You will be able to do wine tasting session or visit authentic cellars.
The Drome Provencale is famous for its preserved nature and olive groove landscapes.
The Ouveze river runs across the village of Mollans.
