Large 2 bedroom garden apartment in a villa in Mougins - Near Cannes

This 2 bedroom garden apartment in a villa is located in Mougins near Mouans Sartoux, Nice - Sophia Antipolis and Cannes. It is available for weekly rentals can accommodate 4/5 people. The layout is as follows : Entering the apartment through a small garden space, you will find the living room, a nice covered terrace with two large sofas, a coffee table and a desk. There is a TV and a stereo. From there, you have access the open kitchen and the dining room. The dining room is furnished with a rectangle dining table and a cupboard. There are four small windows facing south. There is a counter with high stools, to separate the kitchen from the dining room. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a small dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has most cooking utensils. At the back of the apartment is a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe there is a small dressing and a small safe. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. From the dining room you also have access to a wooden mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. These rooms share a bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and a toilet. There is a paved terrace in front of the apartment and you have access to a small private garden with garden furniture. A BBQ is also available. Neighborhood : Parking space can be found easily in front of the house. The property is at the entrance of Mougins, near Mouans Sartoux, Sophia Antipolis. Cannes is (8 km away). Mougins, the ideal vacation spot for exploring the city of Cannes (10 minutes) and the charming countryside of Grasse (15 minutes). Most shops, Cafés and restaurants are in the vicinity After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera. Access : There is a quick access from an to A8 Motorway. The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
