Cosy one bedroom with terrace in Cannes

This lovely 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment of about 50 sqm is located on the 6th French floor of a postwar building with elevator facing the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a large terrace of about 20 sqm.
The apartment has due south exposure and looks onto Cannes and the sea.
This accommodation is available for weekly rentals or monthly rentals throughout the year. It can accommodate 4 people.
The living area is furnished with a double size sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table. A large French window gives access to the. There is TV and a stereo.
The apartment has Broadband WiFi internet access, and a USB colour printer/copier (you will have to buy their own ink cartridges).
The separate kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator / freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is a small dining table seating 2. The kitchen gives direct access to the terrace.
The bedroom has Air Conditioning and is furnished with two single beds with bed-side tables and a large built-in closet. The beds can be used as two singles or a double, when both are clamped together, and a double mattress pad and bedding is used.
A window opens a private courtyard.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a tub and a French bidet.
There is a separate toilet.
You will enjoy the large sunny terrace with garden furniture offering a nice view onto Cannes and the sea.
A private parking space is available.
The apartment is wonderfully located on boulevard du Riou, right across the Suquet in the western part of Cannes, near the sea.
You can walk from the apartment within 5 minutes to Le Suquet, 8 minutes to the market, and 15 to the Palais de Festival.
The beach is nearby (Boulevard du Midi). Restaurants, cafés are all around. All commodities are within walking distance.
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel ... or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Cannes train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant
