Two bedroom/ two bathroom modern villa with swimming pool with a huge garden

This modern architect villa with a garden is located in the neighbourhood of Aix-en-Provence. It can accommodate 4/5 people. The layout is as follows : -Ground floor : The living room is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a cupboard, a drawer chest, a bookcase and equipped with a stereo and a fireplace. There is large bay window opening onto the south exposed terrace and the garden. The dining area is furnished with a round dining table seating 6. The kitchen is by the dining area. It is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator and freezer. There is also a toaster and a coffee maker. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in-closet, and a desk. Between the room and the kitchen you can find a bathroom with a washbasin and a shower. There is a separate toilet. -First floor: A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. The mezzanine is situated over this living room, furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a drawer chest , a TV with DVD Player and a desk . This mezzanine can be used as a sleeping area. At the back of the mezzanine is a single bedroom. There is a DSL internet Access (but you need to use your own laptop). -Garden: The property is surrounded by a large garden. In the garden you will find a large terrace with garden furniture (partly shaded by a pergola). You will enjoy the swimming pool. The property is amid nature (large fields and forest where you can go for nice walks). At the end of the garden, is a small wooden totally independent and discreet chalet. Tenants will not have access to it as the owner keeps personal effects and might use the place for himself) You will definitely need a car if you decide to stay in this property. Parking spaces are available. Neighbourhood : The villa is located 2 kilometres west of Aix-en-Provence. All shops are available in Aix a few minutes drive from the property. Aix en Provence is a very typical town with an historic centre situated in Bouches du Rhône district, near Marseilles. It is famous for its landscapes (Cezanne). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access: 40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix). You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (25mn drive). The villa is only accessible by car, by a 5mn drive from the centre of Aix en Provence.
