Two Bedroom Two Bath Apartment (A/C) situated in Nice - Palais de la Mediterranee one block from Pro

This recently built apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence within two minutes walk of the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. You enter the apartment via an entrance hall. The marble floor living room is tastefully furnished and has a large slidng bay window opening onto a breakfast terrace with views onto a small garden. It is furnished with two sofas (one is convertible sofa-bed) a round dining table and a cupboard. The separated kitchen gives access to a balcony overlooking a the lovely garden of the residence. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and have a large built-in closet. Each have a direct access to a balcony/terrace (one north, one south). Two bathrooms are available one with washbasin tub and toilet and one with washbasin and stall shower. There is a separated toilet with washbasin Amenities: TV, Stereo, DVD/CD/ Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/freezer, Linens /towels provided, Washer, Lift, Security access The apartment is fully A/ Conditioned.(Reversible in winter). Neighborhood : The property is situated in a private courtyard located behind the stunning old Casino (in the process of being renovated). The entrance is through the Rue de France. The Nice "chic" shopping area, restaurants ,cafés, bars and clubs and casinos are all within a short walking distance, as well as the 'old town' and the famous 'Cours Salaya' typical market place just five minutes walk. Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
