Lovely 2 bedroom Villa with garden near Aix en Provence

The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :
The large living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a dinning table (with extensions) and 4 chairs.
The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hot plates, a vent hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a washing machine. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. There are many cabinets. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace which is ideal for al-fresco diners.
There is a separate WC and a dressing room.
The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, two bedside tables, a big closet. It has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and a tub.
The staircase gives access to the first French floor and to a mezzanine.
First Floor :
There is a desk in the mezzanine.
In front of it is the second bedroom furnished with two single beds, a closet, and a desk.
It has a separate WC with a washbasin. It has a view on the garden.
Garden :
The large garden is very agreeable, planted with lawn, trees and flowers. You will enjoy the swimming pool. A private garage is available.
Neighborhood :
You will find all necessary shop within a few minutes.
This villa is located in a small village, at a few minutes from Aix en Provence. You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road. The villa is ideally located to discover the Provence region. Various Golf courses are available in the Aix en Provence region.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the 'Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (Luberon, Alpilles, French Riviera including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix). You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
