Large open living room furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a cupboard, 2 armchairs, a fireplace and many storages.
It opens onto the terrace and the beautiful large garden.
Next to it is the open salon area furnished with a sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR, cable, a dinning table with 6 chairs. 2 French windows give access to the garden and make the room very bright.
The kitchen has 2 access, one through the salon. It is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, vent hood and 5 gas plates.
There is a dinning area with a round table with 3 chairs, a TV, and a dresser. A bay window opens onto the garden.
The corridor leads to 2 bedrooms. Each one is furnished with a double bed and has a French window.
The first bedroom has a TV, a wardrobe.
The second one has a wardrobe as well, a chest of drawers and a piano.
NOTE : PICTURES OF BEDROOM #1 and #2 WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.
There is also a separate WC in the hall.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a WC, 2 washbasins and a bidet.
Then is the staircase leading to the first French floor.

The staircase leads to a mezzanine with 2 chests of drawers and to the third bedroom.
The large bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, a TV, a DVD player, 2 bedside tables.
There is Air Conditioning and a DSL internet access is available.
The garden has many trees and flowers and there are 2 beach chairs.
Neighborhood :
This villa is located in the village of Eguilles and a few minutes drive from Aix en Provence.
You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road. It is advisable to have a car if you decide to stay in this accommodation.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (Luberon, Alpilles, French Riviera including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
