The apartment is not suitable for the summer. The heat is suffocating during day and night, and you can't open the windows because of the noise of the trains.
You can't use the 2 ovens at the same time in the kitchen, and very often, there was a nasty odor coming out from the pipes of the bathroom.
The only thing that justifies its price is its good location.

Thank you for your comments and recognising that the flat is clean and the good location. I am sorry you had such a bad experience. The flat is more than a block and half away from any trains and there are many building in between your flat and the trains so it was easy for us to assume that there shouldn't be any noise issues. But coming from a person who was living in the property we will take this into account next time someone asks about noise from the flat.

On your comments we have sent someone to clean the pipes so the next tenant shouldn't have an issue. I am a bit confused about the comment regarding the oven as there is only one microwave oven in the kitchen.
