Basically the only problem is the price and that the bills are not included.
It is very convenient not having to deal with those things. The location is prefect.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, Carlos. We appreciate the feedback. Although bills are not included in the price, we do our best to make this clear to every guest so that they know exactly what they are paying for.

Best regards,
Mark

Very nice apartment, very quiet with a beautiful view. Everything is great.
A few things are missing. (bowl, trivet , laundry basket , trash can in the bathroom . A few painting on the walls and a lick of paint would be welcome.

This is a fabulous flat in a super central location. It has a beautiful view of the King's College library and courtyard that was a pleasure to wake u to every morning.

The couches and bed were comfortable, there is loads of closet space.
The only downside is the tiny kitchen - I bought a toaster over to compensate for the lack of oven.

The owner was always very easy to reach and friendly when dealing with any issues. The doormen were also very helpful when it came to any issues with the flat.

This year there was a tremendous amount of construction that was done on the common areas of the building though, which led the hallways and lobby to look like a disaster area for much of the year and lots of construction noise.

But that flat itself was great.

I agree with the comments on location, the views and the comfort of the sofas and bed. The kitchen is tiny. Yes, we do try to respond quickly to any problems and certainly the 24/7 reception staff tend to be very good.

Regarding construction work, the building has undergone major changes in the last three or four years. The corridors now look first class and the ground floor reception area much better than before. There may well be further work in 2013 and 2014 because the freeholder of the entire building is planning to convert some of the office space to residential flats.

Obviously we don't have any control over this but accept it as part of the general improvement of both the block and the surrounding streets - Fetter Lane has had a huge amount of work done, especially the whole New Street Square area.
The thing to remember is that loud work is nearly always confined to office hours Monday to Friday; if someone is in the flat during those times, there is the additional safeguard of double glazing.

I hope all the above is of some help.
