From: Switzerland,
Apartment Rental: 2 months

The apartment is well located (metro station and shops nearby) but is poorly insulated and therefore very cold in winter. The owner gave me two electric heaters that I put in the bathroom and living room but having been in the winter I had to heat a lot to get an acceptable temperature and for this the cost of electricity was high.

Hello Natascha,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am extremely surprised by your review.
Our relationship was excellent throughout your stay and I immediately fixed your heating problems. Concerning insulation, my apartment has floating floors mounted on an insulating support in both rooms and also double glazing for each window. It?s hard to do better.
I gave you more than a hundred euros as compensation. Electricity is quite expensive in France but consumption represents only a bit more than half of the total bill; the rest includes subscription and especially taxes.
Best regards
Philibert
