The apartment is well located (metro station and shops nearby) but is poorly insulated and therefore very cold in winter. The owner gave me two electric heaters that I put in the bathroom and living room but having been in the winter I had to heat a lot to get an acceptable temperature and for this the cost of electricity was high. |
