Fate una passeggiata dal Place de l’Etoile – dove si trova l’Arco di Trionfo – e gli Champs Elysées (1,5km), dove troverete molti ristoranti e negozi!

The apt is located in a quiet residential area of Paris. It is served by metro line no. 1 which is the quickest and most frequent central line in Paris. the bus station to Paris airports is just biside. The building is new and very well maintained, the concierge is very available. The apt is quiet, comfortable to live and work in. The bathroom is very comfortable, the kitchen has no window and is a bit too small. Towels and napkins are a bit too old, they need to be changed. On the whole I enjoyed my staying in the apartment. |

The apartment is located in a very safe area and is convenient on the Metro (Line 1) or RER (Line C). There is a Monoprix not far away and other local grocery stores, including Galeries Gourmandes under Palais des Congrès. |

The apartment was in perfect condition. If I had a problem, the owner was very helpful. The caretaker was also very kind and was always available for questions. The apartment was overall very clean. |

Ms. B and Ms. S were proper, courteous and left the furnished rental tidy and very clean: the rent out went well the whole time. |
