The apt is located in a quiet residential area of Paris. It is served by metro line no. 1 which is the quickest and most frequent central line in Paris. the bus station to Paris airports is just biside. The building is new and very well maintained, the concierge is very available. The apt is quiet, comfortable to live and work in. The bathroom is very comfortable, the kitchen has no window and is a bit too small. Towels and napkins are a bit too old, they need to be changed. On the whole I enjoyed my staying in the apartment.

Thank you for your feedback about my apartment Lara. Your politeness and your honesty were always appreciated.
You never told me about towels. I woud have found a solution right away. Unfortunately, I cannot (and I could not have) enlarge the kitchen size!
Anyway, I updated the pictures so that guests can better see the apartment?s condition.
We wish you all the best for your activity Bruno.

The apartment is located in a very safe area and is convenient on the Metro (Line 1) or RER (Line C). There is a Monoprix not far away and other local grocery stores, including Galeries Gourmandes under Palais des Congrès.

As for the apartment itself, it was spacious enough for two people and the bathroom/kitchen equipped for daily needs (e.g. having a washer was a big plus). There is a lot of lighting and many mirrors helped to make the room bigger.

The apartment owner was very responsive and helpful during the more stressful times (e.g. booking process and checkout). As for improvements, most amenities were present, but could have included a few more minor items, such as an ironing board, chef's knife (for cutting meat), and new linens.

Overall, I'm very glad I found this apartment and had a very positive experience!

Mr Eric was a very nice young man and a very good renter, no problem, no trouble (except of course for the big knife)
He is right: there was no big knife for cutting meat in my apartment. I am sorry about that, but if he ever comes back, he'll find two of them. That's a promise!

The apartment was in perfect condition. If I had a problem, the owner was very helpful. The caretaker was also very kind and was always available for questions. The apartment was overall very clean.

Ms. B and Ms. S were proper, courteous and left the furnished rental tidy and very clean: the rent out went well the whole time.
