As a studio it is perfect for one person. The owners took care of anything that needed attention immediately. I would rent this studio again. It was clean upon arrival and importantly and I had no noise issues. The owner washed the bed linen and towels every two weeks. WIFI worked perfectly and it was nice to have a tv and land line telephone with free calls to the USA. Being a studio do not expect to cook complicated meals.

Dear Mr James T.,
Thank you for your very nice comment on our small studio apartment. We already knew that you enjoyed your stay in Paris and that you would like to come back. Concerning the kitchen, you will certainly be pleased to know that we replaced the hot plate by a more effective one, an induction plate. Nevertheless, this studio is the perfect place for someone who likes to cook frozen food thanks to its freezer and its microwave. A few stores like Picard, the well-known brand selling sophisticated frozen food, are also in the neighborhood.

The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and there was everything you need. Since the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator, it is more suitable for younger people.

Nadja, I am really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in our studio apartment which you left in an immaculate condition! As noted in the description, this studio is indeed on the 5th floor without elevator, but we make sure we are there for our tenants arrival and departure and to take their luggage up or down using the elevator in the main staircase.

The landlords are fantastic, spoke English perfectly and were very available and helpful. The apartment is incredibly tiny - perhaps 200 square feet. Take however big you're picturing and cut it in half. I knew this going in, and was still a bit surprised. That said, it has a great window, and is perfectly suitable for one person; small but comfortable bed, tiny but functional bathroom, kitchen "niche," desk, cafe table. In one small room.

I stayed for four months, so I found the "kitchen" to be a little lacking, but I was able to cook a little bit. The apartment wasn't especially sound-proof, but such is city life. The central location is reasonably convenient, but not right on top of grocery stores, bakeries, etc. The Sully-Morland metro stop is close by, but only serves a single line; Bastille is only a few minutes walk away, and much more connected.

Overall, a very nice place, and a reasonably priced studio for the market.

I am delighted to hear you enjoyed the apartment. I am surprised by your comment on the noise because the apartment looks over a very quiet courtyard and I never got any feedback about this in the past.

The studio is small indeed: its approximate size is specified on the apartment description page. But for its size, the kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a hotplate, a microwave oven as well as a small traditional oven.

For you information, a new supermarket opened nearby, by metro station Sully-Morland, with very interesting opening hours - which is very convenient.

Studio apartment on the 4th floor without elevator, in a really central area of Paris (4th arrondissement on the River Seine), in a quiet building, with storage space in the courtyard for recyclable waste and garbage .

Overall excellent value and area for the price. Of course, a 13 sq m studio is definitely small but the descriptions fully match the reality.

The owners are delightful and helpful. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine (but in such a small apartment it would be difficult to find the right place for it).

Recommended, especially for someone who has no issue with small spaces.
No issue with the temperature in the summer.

The rental with Enrico went very smoothly; he could enjoy the new paint in the studio apartment!

To help our renters out when we are not away and as noted by Carina, one of the previous renters, I offer to wash the sheets and towels.

The apartment is in the center of Paris at a main road. However, since the apartment is in a backyard, it is very quiet.
Although the apartment is very small, it comes with everything you may need. The landlords are verf friendly and speak English quite well. They also offer to wash the linen and towels during the stay.
In conclusion, the price-quality ratio of the apartment was perfect for me (a six month stay) and a lot better than with other apartments I saw. The central location makes up for the high rent.

The apartment in the Marais was small but excellent and it was as you had advertised. The landlord was also very pleasant to deal with. I'm planning on using your service again next time I'm in search of an apartment.

This was a very conveniently located apartment for the Cornell Law Summer Institute Program. It provided easy access to the Sorbonne a well as Paris attractions. The apartment was small but adequate, quiet, clean and the landlords very pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English which was a great help and provided invaluable information to help me negotiate the city the first week in town. The location was safe.I was able to run and sun along the Seine which was across the street. I would definitely recommend it.

It was an okay apartment. I did not know that it was a five floor walk up and it was pretty obvious that the studio was formally a room that was converted into a studio. But it was a good location. However, the photographs seemed misleading... space-wise. I was highly dissatisfied with my agent. She was not prompt enough, she was on vacation at the time, and I already knew what I wanted beforehand. I suppose your company is reliable and much better than Craigslist but I doubt I would use it again unless I was desperate.
