Wonderful apartment! Space is small but perfect for one person, especially a student. Everything folds out and in so it is easy to make use of all the space!

The studio is small, but comfortable and practical for one person, very close to transports (metro station line 1, 3, RER C and bus stop), supermarkets, laundry and all the facilities.
The owner is very kind and helpful, not intrusive, always precise and reliable.

The apartment is small but it is being put to good use. I spent 2 months there and I could reach my office in a 15-minute subway ride, so it was perfect. The only weak point is that there is no sink in the kitchen. This apartment matches the website pictures. You will even have your own lift.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay in my studio. You were the perfect
tenant too. This apartment is small indeed (it is 15 square meters, as
described on New York Habitat's website), this is the reason why there
is only a kitchenette with a fridge and hot plates, and the dishes
should be done in the bathroom (the sink was chosen accordingly). I
favored space as doing the dishes for a single person is generally not
very substantial. On this particular occasion, I accepted that you
occupy the studio with someone else from time to time and I understand
that it was a bit more complicated. In general, guests are informed that
there is no actual kitchen and that the studio is equipped for one
person only. I refused several times to rent it to a couple, as I was
convinced that it would not be convenient. This confirms my doubts. By
the way, I can also understand that a single person could find this
inconvenient.

My only comment is that the occupants of the apartment above me were sometimes very noisy. They seemed to be a family with small children who liked running around in their place and the parents apparently couldn't keep their children to be quiet so as not to disturb other occupants in the building.

But this only happened once awhile. So all in all, I had great experience living here. The owners were always very kind and helpful and they spoke perfect English so I had no communication problem with them.

Dear Martha,

Thank you. No other renter had ever mentioned this noise problem before. If you'd told me about it earlier, I would have dealt with it. You were a pleasant and friendly renter.

I am very pleased to say that the Paris apartment I stayed in was everything I expected to be. The owner was very kind and accommodating.

The best part is the NY Habitat service. She was always nice and helpful, not to mention very efficient. That's why I rented two more places through your services.

Thank you very much!
