The apartment is a very good size and well located. During our stay the owner upgraded the washing machine and the TV/Internet connection. This improved the quality of our stay. The owner and his support team were very responsive and helpful. It's great choice for a short or long stay (we made it our home for 9 months!) |

The location of this apartment was excellent. A close walk to Montparnasse station as well as multiple metro and RER stations. Rue Daguerre is a stones throw away, with the best foods available plus a variety of restaurants. The Saturday market at Montparnasse cemetery is also a favorite of this neighborhood and a 5 minute walk on your Saturday morning. |

The apartment was OK. The cleanliness left much to be desired. A defective window was never replaced. |
