Cared for by a 24/7 concierge, access to this classy Haussmannian building is granted through an intercom secured system and features high ceilings and typically Parisian décor.

The apartment makes the most of the natural daylight as it features sizeable windows facing East and West, white-painted walls, and pastel and light-colored furniture. Furthermore, the living room opens on the dining room through large French windows, enhancing the bright ambiance. With its hardwood floors, mouldings and fireplace, the decoration is classy and remains harmonious throughout the rooms of the apartment, giving it plenty of charm. This apartment features significant closet and cupboard spaces you can use for storage and even has a cellar. The kitchen is equipped with the major appliances you might need to cook and as well as the convenience of a dishwasher, washer and dryer. In addition to the two full bathrooms you will find an extra half-bath in this apartment. Additionally, there is a garage parking space available upon request if you have a car.

At the corner of Avenue Niel and Rue Rennequin, this two bedroom is in what some consider to be one of the nicest residential areas of Paris, known as the Place De Wagram - Ternes area. The Avenue des Ternes, within 500 meter radius (0.3 mile), offers all kind of shops and big stores (fashion, music, etc.) and just 200 meters (650 feet) further the Place des Ternes, with restaurants and lovely outdoor flower shops. For sight-seeing, you are just 0.6 mile from Place de l’Etoile, the Arc de Triomphe and the famous Champs-Elysées! The closest metro station, Pereire, on the 3 line, is just a little over 400 meters (a quarter of a mile) away from your building and can lead you after 2 stops to one of the prettiest parks of Paris, the Parc Monceau, surrounded by alluring gates and featuring winning gardens and paths, sculptures of renowned personalities as well as a pond. The prestigious EIB Monceau (Ecole Internationale Bilingue) is located near this park and is also easily accessible from your apartment.

This apartment was perfect for our needs, two nice bedrooms and the loveliest living room and dining room. Kitchen was amply supplied with pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. The metro and bus were very close and we used public transport often. Francoise and Dominique were great to work with. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

The apartment is typical haussmanian. Amply sized rooms, high ceilings, etc. This is a place to go to immerse yourself in a truly Parisian experience.

This is NOT a touristy quartier. Rather, it has great local markets/merchants, an urban-neighborhood feel, and gives you the feel of being a local. It is convenient to bus stops, metro, RER. So easy to get around. In our three months, we developed a comfortable routine, frequenting mostly merchants in the quartier, many of which are considered the best of Paris in their fields.

The owners are warm people, and made the stay pleasant for us. We were greeted warmly, and professionally. The cupboards and closets were filled with basic necessities when we arrived so easy to settle in. We have everything that the website promised. In fact, we think the apartment is even better than appears in the pictures or as advertised.

The neighbors are pleasant. Many invited us into their homes to become better acquainted, thereby enhancing the appeal of living in the building.

When we come back to Paris, we would not hesitate to come back here.
