Located on the top floor of a 7-story building (equivalent to the Europeans 6-story), this furnished studio apartment features a western exposure and overlooks the private courtyard. Built in the 1930’s, this building is equipped with a digicode security system and elevator. (Please note there’s a staircase to reach the 7th floor, as well as a few stairs to reach the elevator on the ground floor.) The first 5 floors are occupied by businesses and the upper floors are residential.
Your rental apartment is decorated in a modern style and features hardwood floors and white walls. There are sizable windows in the living room that let in the natural light. The living area includes two sofa beds, as well as a dining table, flat-screen TV and stereo. The separate kitchen has a window overlooking the courtyard and is equipped with the basic appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals and snacks. Additionally, there is also the convenience of an in-unit washing machine. Next to the bathroom, just in front of the entrance door, you can find a built-in closet to store your personal belongings.
On rue des Jeûneurs, between rue du Sentier and rue Montmartre, the studio is in the Sentier / Montorgueil neighborhood in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. This area is also known as the press and finance district. La Bourse de Paris, or Paris’ stock exchange, is just 4 blocks away. This neighborhood is centrally located and has several thoroughfares with plenty of attractions in the Victorian shopping passages (0.4 miles / 640 meters) or in the pedestrian streets found just 600 feet (182 meters) west from the apartment! There are nearby restaurants, cafes, pubs, theaters, stores etc. There are also designer and avant-garde clothing boutiques all around! The famous Place Vendôme with its luxury brand stores, such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, and Chanel, is just 0.8 miles (1.28 km) away. Les Halles mall and the Palais Royal are within a half-mile (800 meters) radius, and the Louvre Museum and its Jardin des Tuileries are a less than a mile (1.6 km) from the rental building. So be ready to walk and discover the plentiful tourist attractions in the vicinity! If you need to commute further, the Sentier metro station on the 3 line is 0.2 miles (320 meters) away, next to the famous and animated streets of the eponymous district!
Please note the there is a sanibroyeur toilet in the apartment, therefore only toilet paper can be put in it.

It needs new furniture also the door need to be grease and windows need paint.The neighbors were very very loud at nights. |

I did some redecorating and had the studio apartment repainted. |
