It includes a substantial number of points of interest such as the royal Place de Vosges, the home of Victor Hugo (at number 6), and the Beaubourg area and Pompidou Center, one of Paris’ most visible structures and its museum for modern art. There are art galleries, design shops, trendy bars and restaurants, as well as other types of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.

This studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor which leads to a second gate.
This second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the main room and the open kitchen.
The living room has two windows with Eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a dining table for four, a phone and a closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Saint -Paul (line 1) and Chemin-Vert (line 8).
