This studio apartment is situated at the intersection of the most famous street in Paris – the Champs Elysees, rue de Berri and rue La Boetie, in a pre-war building on the fourth of six floors (seven U.S. floors). The building entrance is secured by a digi-code system as well as security guards and a camera system – making it a very safe place to live. Here, within the 8th arrondissement, you will be at the heart of all the happenings.
The living area of this apartment is fully decorated in a French style. You will find a black/white and a pink/silver color scheme throughout the apartment. There is a full size bed in the studio. There are also several cabinets. The true gem of this apartment lies in the bathrooms. In the first bathroom, you will find a sink and shower. Below the shower, there is a tub that is equipped with a Jacuzzi with multiple jets. The second bathroom has a toilet.
