The apartment was accurately represented in photos and written description.

For a two room apartment in Paris it is spacious--they are typically tiny. Both the main living area and bedroom are well-arranged to make good use of the space. I enjoyed the art and textiles in the apartment, which made it much more personal than a generic rental. Reliable wifi. Good study space in the bedroom.

The neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. However, if it is very close to the city center, either by walking or metro access for those who want to spend time at the major tourist sites. A major street market is close by, which is very convenient for food shopping, whether you are looking for produce or bakeries, fishmongers, cheese stores, etc. Some excellent restaurants nearby too.

The apartment owner was very friendly and professional. She answered a number of questions in advance and was prompt with getting the lease signed. Very accommodating with my schedule both arriving and departing. Very helpful showing me around the apartment, and has all relevant documentation about the apartment (appliances, wifi, etc) organized for tenants. She was a pleasure to work with.

The apartment was light filled with great ambiance and a most warm and welcoming atmosphere. The area in general and the street itself could not have been better, quiet tree lined and wide and just around the corner of one of the best markets in Paris.
The owner made my month's stay most enjoyable and made to feel most welcome in her well- loved space.

We enjoyed the markets immensely and walking around the great neighborhood.
