Located at Rue de Monttessuy & Avenue de la Bourdonnais, the apartment is less than 200 meters (650 feet) away from the Champ De Mars! It is situated on the 5th (equivalent to the American 6th floor) of a 7-story elevator building equipped with a digicode.
In this one bedroom apartment, authentic features such as hardwood floors and a decorative fireplace perfectly blend with modern touches like the artwork displayed throughout the apartment or the glass coffee table in the living room. - Les Invalides : a former military complex, and resting place of Napoleon I, it has a wide public esplanade, used by many Parisians and tourists for picnics and sunning.
- Au Bon Acceuil : there are lots of restaurant in the area, from Brasserie, bistros or cafés, but this Zagat-rated restaurant is located right across the street from the apartment and serves traditional French cuisine.
- The American University of Paris : Located at the intersection of Avenue Bosquet and Rue Saint Dominique, it is one of the oldest American universities in Europe. Welcoming students from all over the world, the presence of this school make the neighborhood very cosmopolitan.
To commute to other parts of Paris you can take the M8 at École Militaire station, M6 at Bir-Hakeim or the RER C at Pont de l'Alma. You will have many options making transit in and around Paris as easy as possible!
